Block bookings for conference participants are available at negotiated room rates at the conference hotel and at three other nearby hotels.

The registration fees are the following:

$275 until May 1.
$325 from May 2 until June 1.
$425 from June 2 until June 22.

Additional fee for guests at the dinner:  $40 per guest.

Registration closes on June 22 and will not be  available after that date or at the conference site.  On June 23, the program will be sent to the printer, with any papers for which the presenter has not registered removed, and all information about meals provided to the caterers.
